Start small, then build up.
Tell us what's waiting
Send us your list and a little about your catalog. We set up a call.
Meet and agree
We learn how your team works, then agree the hours, the monthly cap, channels and who signs off.
Start with a test job
A small first job, often the 20-hour pilot, so you can judge the work while we learn your systems. If it misses the agreed criteria, you don't pay.
Build up
As the work settles into a rhythm, we take on more. Logs arrive every two weeks.
The rate, and what's included.
The same rate for every kind of work, from tagging to AI image review.

- Fixing our own mistakes
- Scoping your first batch
Terms
- No minimum

A monthly cap you control.
You set the number of hours for the month. As we get close, we tell you, and you decide whether we keep going or wait for next month.
At 72 hours: we message you, and you choose to continue or wait.
See every hour, task by task.
Every two weeks you get a log showing each task and the time it took, with a note on the outcome. Anything that needs your decision is flagged. Weekly logs are available on request.
Works inside existing systems.
Your systems
We work in your PIM, CMS or spreadsheets, under accounts you issue, over your VPN if needed.
Or a shared space
No system? We set up a shared workspace or a group chat.
A coordinator
One main contact plus a backup, who joins your meetings at a time that suits both sides.
NDA first
We sign one before any access.
Busy seasons
When the load jumps, we add people. The monthly cap still holds.
Common questions.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. You set the cap, and it can be as small as you like.
Can we pause?
Yes. There's no lock-in, so you can pause or stop at any time.
What if you get something wrong?
Tell us and we fix it, without billing the time.
Do you need access to our systems?
Not to get started. For ongoing work, we use accounts you issue.
How do you handle the time difference?
Meetings are arranged in your working day, US or Australian, and our working hours are flexible.
Can we start with something small?
Yes. The 20-hour pilot is designed for that.
